Elizabeth has a broad practice in commercial real estate and land development, with a particular emphasis on condominium and freehold developments, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and financing. Elizabeth acts for a variety of builders with vast residential and commercial portfolios and has been involved with the development of numerous prominent mixed-use condominiums both in the core of the City of Toronto and in the Greater Toronto Area.
