Michael is a partner in Torkin Manes’ Construction Law and Commercial Litigation Groups. He practises construction and commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Michael's dispute resolution practice includes claims relating to infrastructure, commercial, residential and industrial construction projects, as well as joint venture agreements. He is also experienced in domestic and international arbitrations and cross-border litigation.
Michael represents developers, contractors, public and private corporations, and entrepreneurs in achieving effective, timely and cost-efficient resolution of disputes. He has lectured in the legal profession and to industry groups on a variety of construction and commercial litigation topics.
